The Tree House is a safe and exciting haven for kids to play, explore, and have a blast regardless of weather conditions. It's packed with a variety of play structures, an arcade, a little city, a ninja warrior course, and a toddler zone to keep children ages 0-12 years old engaged and entertained. We also have a full-service cafe with a delicious menu.
2. Are reservations required for open play?
Reservations are not required for open play sessions. You can simply walk in and enjoy the fun! However, during peak times (holidays + weekends), it's recommended to purchase tickets ahead of time or give us a call for availability.
3. What safety measures do you have in place?
We prioritize safety above all else. Most importantly, we have trained staff and protocols in place to ensure children leave the playground with their parents or guardians only. In addition, The Tree House equipment is regularly inspected and meets the ASTM safety standards for playgrounds. We maintain a clean and hygienic environment, and our staff is trained to ensure kids' safety during play. We also have first aid and CPR trained personnel on-site at all times.
4. What age range is your indoor playground suitable for?
Our indoor playground is designed for newborns up to 12 years old. We've created different play zones to cater to various age groups, ensuring that every child has a fun and age-appropriate experience.

Yes, we encourage you to have fun with your kids. We also have designated seating areas where adults can relax while keeping an eye on their little ones.

Absolutely! We offer fantastic birthday party packages that include exclusive access to our party area, playtime, decorations, and more. Booking a birthday party is simple! Just visit our website and navigate to the 'Party' page. You can fill out the booking form, choose your preferred package, and customize add-ons to make the party truly special.
9. Can I bring my own food for the birthday party?
Yes, outside food, beverages & cake can be brought in for parties. We only ask to keep it in the party rooms and not playground or cafe areas.
10. How early should I arrive for my party?
We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled party time to ensure you have ample time for set-up and preparation. Our staff will be ready to assist you and make sure everything is in order.
